Yes. We run a 60–90 min discovery to capture goals, constraints, and success metrics, then deliver a lightweight PRD: user stories, acceptance criteria, and a milestone plan.

Who does the work, and how do you ensure quality?
US-based early-career developers paired with a Big-Tech senior mentor. The mentor owns architecture, ticket breakdown, code reviews, and quality sign-off. We target PR review < 24h, require tests/docs for new code, and hold weekly demos, working in your repo/CI for visibility.
How does pricing work?
We charge per mentor. One mentor leads a pod of up to five learners. Your fee covers mentorship, sprint management, QA, and demos. It’s predictable, ethical, and optimized for outcomes.
